It was a project I've been wanting to do for awhile--canning & preserving, that is.  But last month when I read Gypsy Mama's post I just had to make us some!!  Today we did.  I've made 16 jars.  I'm very excited and hot (today was an extremely warm day besides standing in a hot kitchen)!  I cannot wait to make some bread and spread the love, I mean, jam! :D
